Discover the people, the story and the philosophy that make Ferrio the UK's leading FM integration experts.
The integration sweet spot
Our integrations combine the flexibility of a bespoke software project with the convenience of an out-of-the-box solution.
Our modular design means we start every project at 90% completion — no lengthy scoping exercise required — then configure the integration to match your requirements, delivering a comprehensive, tailored solution in as little as four weeks.
FM specialists
There are plenty of software consultancies who are good at building integrations. At Ferrio, we’re not just integration experts, and we’re not just experts at delivering complex integrations between FSM software and other apps — we're specifically experts in inter-company integrations between FSMs and CAFM/PMS software.
We used to build FSM software and bespoke integrations for FSM software, then we built a dedicated platform for integrating software used in FM. When it comes to integrations, we may just know how your business works better than you do.
Built by engineers
While we have a number of angel investors on our board, Ferrio is majority owned and run by engineers. That means the people building our roadmap understand the problems we’re here to solve. That means we don’t measure success by the value of our stock, but by the quality of our work and the satisfaction of our customers. That means, we win when you’re happy.
Ferrio was founded in 2021 by Dan Blaney and Alex Humphreys to deliver better integrations to the Facilities Management industry.
We started working together at a field service software provider, where we were responsible for delivering complex, bespoke integrations to facilities services companies and realised — we were doing integration wrong.
We were designing integrations to eliminate copy-pasting and repetitive tasks, but meanwhile, we were needlessly recreating the same bits of code from scratch for each new client project. In fact, most integrations largely worked the same every time, even across different apps that seemed superficially different.
We realised that we could do this better: build a platform for integration to embed that common core functionality, with modular components to support the nuances of how each application worked, and deliver integrations faster and cheaper.
We started working on building that platform and launched Ferrio in 2021. Since then we’ve matured from a scrappy startup to an established SME, with a market-leading platform, partnerships with major software providers.

Efficiency
We hate busywork and love solutions that scale. Everything that can be automated, should be automated.
Reliability
A solution you can't rely on isn't a solution. We build robust failsafes into every part of our services, pursue the highest IT security standards and provide ongoing support for issues as standard.
Collaboration
We succeed when our customers and our partners succeed, so we work with software providers and end users to make sure our integrations are delivering maximum value.
Happiness
We want to make everyone’s working day more productive, purposeful and enjoyable, whether that’s through automation or through our company culture.
We love automation because we hate wasting our time on repetitive, menial tasks. We believe software should take away busywork so we can focus on the jobs that actually matter.
If you feel the same, stop letting admin overload eat up your revenue and let us help you stop wasting time.
