After more than 50 years in business, Thermatic are a well-established name in hard FM services, delivering a wide range of services to a list of clients that includes nationally recognised retailers such as Boots, Aldi, B&M and JD.
Thermatic receive new job requests from clients through a number of different mechanisms. Aldi and Boots use ServiceChannel to create work orders, while PureGym use Accruent's CAFM platform Vx Maintan/Verisae, and Pets at Home request work through a structured email to a dedicated email inbox.
Monitoring these different systems, accepting jobs in a timely fashion and keeping records in client systems alongside Thermatic's own Field Services Management software Joblogic was creating an unsustainable administrative burden. Admin and scheduling staff were wasting time manually duplicating their work in multiple systems, while the patchwork of interfaces meant management were struggling for data visibility.
We implemented multiple integrations to bring all jobs from these disparate sources into Joblogic, allowing Thermatic's team to see everything and manage their workload in one place.
Our dedicated FM email processing tools allowed emails from Pets at Home to be automatically converted into jobs in Joblogic. For Boots, Aldi and PureGym, our integrations keep each client's application updated and in sync with any changes in Joblogic, eliminating the need for double-keying info into each system separately.
Implementing Joblogic was a major step, and Ferrio have allowed us to develop deep integrations across a range of platforms which feels like the final piece of the data puzzle.
